Account Executive
DOGTV seeks an experienced self-motivated sales professional to develop and sell advertising and marketing campaigns to new and existing clients. With an emphasis on new business development, the Account Executive will use a wide variety of DOGTV’s products in their portfolio to solicit businesses for advertising in their on-air, non-traditional, and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate must possess a hunter mentality with cold calling/prospecting experience, a proven ability to negotiate and close with a high level of success, and must easily build relationships as if it’s an art form.
Consistently driving game-changing results, this individual knows how to identify, develop, and present customized solutions to clients using non-traditional and digital concepts. With excellent written and oral communication skills, this individual is able to multi-task with a high degree of time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Develop and grow relationships across multiple levels of the customer’s organization
- Develop new accounts using non-traditional and digital concept
- Develop customized presentations of the highest quality for new and existing accounts
- Accurately forecast revenue
- Achieve sales goals as defined by management
- Spend the majority of the workday conducting outside sales inclusive of scheduling face-to-face appointments with decision makers through cold calling, cold prospecting and presenting to existing clients
- Entertain clients, including some weekend and evening work
- Educate customers on product and marketing strategies to improve their presence on the Internet and build value in the Audacy local/customer relationship
- Create and implement custom solutions for each client
Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years sales related experience within the pet industry
- Basic proficiency of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
- Strong interpersonal skills at all levels are critical to the effectiveness of this position as is a deep understanding and ability to analyze client ROI goals and data, media buying cycles, marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc

Are you a strategic email marketer with solid experience in content strategy, CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, and SMS marketing? Have you worked to market subscription-based products? Do you have a passion for developing content campaigns that leverage CRM technology to engage prospects and customers where they are in their buying journey? Can you create content campaigns that make the most of CRM technology, effectively engaging potential customers at various stages of their purchasing journey? In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and take on the Customer Relationship & Experience Manager position. You’ll lead the planning and execution of CRM-driven marketing tactics that use email, SMS, marketing automation, and list management to drive exceptional results for the company. You’ll also analyze marketing analytics across multiple platforms, ensure data integrity, manage persona-driven CRM lists, and recommend future campaign strategies based on historical insights.
This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to customer retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

3+ years of CRM and marketing automation using HubSpot

Experience using Google Analytics to track, measure, and optimize performance.

Familiarity with technical SEO tactics to inform content and lead-generation strategies.

Familiarity with UX best practices and the ability to make recommendations for improvement through user funnels, wireframes, and other recommendation tactics.
